PhD Student Fellowship Opportunity - Application due Mar. 1

The Link Foundation is offering $28,500, 1-year Ph.D. fellowships to support research related to all areas of ocean engineering and ocean instrumentation (which includes the development of instrumentation to support oceanographic research). The fellowships are tenable at any university in the US and Canada and do not have any restrictions on citizenship. Oceans Shanghai, Apr. 10-13, 2016 - Reminder -

We hope you plan to attend, and as a reminder, the dates are a little different from most OCEANS meetings.  Everything is a day earlier.  For example, the icebreaker reception is on Sunday April 10th, 2016.  Check the OCEANS Shanghai website for exact details:  http://www.oceans16.org/.  Also, for many countries, China requires proof of lodging before one can apply for a visa.
