IEEE-JOE Editorial Office - Location ChangeThe IEEE-JOE Editorial office has been out of service for 6 days
(Dec 12-17, 2008) for lack of electrical power because an ice storm
in the NE USA took down power lines. We apologize for this disruption
in service and thank you for your patience while we move the office to
San Diego, CA (trading ice and snow for fire and earthquakes).
The office will reopen at the beginning of January 2009.
